New roastery!

We have started a collaboration with a new roastery: Öland Kaffe.

We are very excited about this new roastery, where both the cultivation and the roasting process work in close cooperation.

Öland Kaffe is a unique quality coffee roasted from beans grown by the Fernandes family in the Mogiana region of Brazil. Since the 18th century, the Fernandes family has cultivated their coffee on their farm, Fazenda Santa Agueda, in Espírito Santo do Pinhal, near São Paulo, Brazil. The farm comprises 240 hectares of land, of which 70 hectares are currently used for coffee production and 130 hectares are dedicated to rainforest to promote environmental sustainability.

The coffee plantation is located in an optimal geographical position to produce a top-quality bean. The farm and its adjacent plantation are situated at approximately 1000m above sea level, with an annual rainfall of about 1,450 mm, an average temperature of 20°C, and an optimal number of sun hours.
