Cozo Coffee Roastery in Lindbacka Bruk, on the outskirts of Örebro, is careful to ensure that the coffee it procures is grown under sustainable conditions, both for the environment and for the coffee farmers. It was started in 2017 with the intention of finding the very best coffee beans and roasting them in tasteful and exciting combinations.
They only roast Specialty Coffee, i.e., very high-quality coffee, all in a Giesen W1SA cast iron roaster.
