An elegant, medium-roasted, and smooth coffee with notes of soft, delightful cocoa and browned caramel.

The beans from Brazil and Nicaragua provide the silky mouthfeel of spun sugar and also give the coffee a backbone with a slight bitterness. The beans from Peru contribute even more sweetness, but above all, citrus notes.
