Consists of coffee from 2 different farms in Guatemala; the smallest has an annual harvest of only 4 tons, and CozoCoffee has purchased the entire harvest of his Bourbon bean, making this a world exclusive 😉 And finally, something as unusual as a "single" coffee from Ethiopia, where it is most often several smaller farms that deliver together to a washing station. Roasted as Medium to bring out more of the fruitiness, it reminds a bit of Kilsbergen but is somewhat fruitier and a bit more Ethiopian washed. A coffee that is very well-rounded and pleasant and "just right" yet extraordinary.
