This coffee allows you to recognize familiar flavors while also being surprised by notes that tickle your taste buds. Here you'll find juicy orange, rich nougat, and crisp, red apples – it's irresistible. And if you're having a bad day, have a cup of this washed coffee and you'll see it gets better.

ROAST PROFILE Here, the roasting temperature is slightly increased. The beans for Delicious Days are grown at high altitudes and therefore require a lot of energy in the roaster – both to build body and preserve acidity. Initially, it's an aggressive roast profile with a rather short Maillard reaction, and instead, the time for the beans to develop flavor is extended.

ORIGIN The coffee in Delicious Days now comes from the Menendez Family in El Salvador, with whom we have worked for more than 15 years. The family runs their coffee farms for the fourth generation and manages the entire chain from picked cherry to exported bean.
