An elegant medium-roasted and mellow coffee with a taste of soft, lovely cocoa and browned caramel.

The beans from Brazil and Nicaragua provide the silky smooth mouthfeel of spun sugar, and also give the coffee a backbone with a slight bitterness. The beans from Peru contribute even more sweetness, but above all, citrus notes.
