Honduras Yeny Salazar

In southeastern Honduras lies the Cocafelol cooperative, and part of it includes a coffee farm run by women.

The cooperative invests a portion of its profits to run a school in the area. In addition to regular education, students also receive training on how to operate a coffee plantation. This is to encourage young people to stay and continue to run the plantation.
