The origin is the only thing that varies – the flavour notes of caramel, nougat and red apples are always there. The coffee is Fairtrade-certified, organic and KRAV-labelled and is part of Johan & Nyström's standard range.
The price of certified Gayo has risen constantly in recent years, without any improvement in quality. In addition, it has been difficult to maintain a long-term and stable relationship with the origin, so Johan & Nyström has been forced to change cooperatives for practically every harvest, which is why this became a worthy replacement.
