ROAST PROFILE When roasting Strawberry Fields, it's important to find a balance in the flavor profile. The sweetness from the natural processing needs acidity to land correctly. Of course, we want to preserve the generous cup profile, a balance between sweet and sour, and therefore we are careful not to roast too aggressively.
ORIGIN The coffee in Strawberry Fields currently comes from the producer Abder Keder in Guji, Ethiopia. The coffee is grown by many small-scale farmers who deliver it to the Shakiso washing station where Abder Keder processes the coffee with full control over the process.
