The flavors in this light-roasted coffee are a little sweet and crisp, hence the name is perhaps self-explanatory: Sweet Serenity.
There are notes of soft milk chocolate, rich berries, and sweet fruit, which together create a fine balance in taste and experience. This organic and washed coffee is sophisticated and a pure pleasure to drink!
The origin of this coffee varies a bit throughout the year, and right now it's a blend of coffees partly from Abder Keder in Ethiopia, who runs the Shakiso washing station in Guji, and partly from the Croce family in Brazil with their farm Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza.
